The bag filter JEX is constructed of a round, fully welded, 3 mm steel plate design. Particularly suitable for very light dusts and moist, oily smoke where cartridge filters cause difficulties. Equipped with filter bags with support basket. The filter inlet is usually based on the cyclone principle.<\/p>\n

The filter is cleaned automatically with the proven bubble pulse jet cleaning system. Complete with filter control, a compressed air maintenance unit and a 50L dust collection container with quick release.<\/p>\n

Different materials are available for filtering for special applications. In addition, all units are suitable for recirculation operation. All bag filters can be supplied e.g. with a screw conveyor, scraper floor or filter sluice for big bag discharge.<\/p>\n

Marks of conformity and certificates<\/h2>\n

All VALCO cartridge filters comply with the international standard DIN EN ISO 15012-1, thus ensuring occupational health and safety during welding, grinding and related processes. They are permitted without testing or individual approval and are marked with welding fume class W3 in accordance with the standard.<\/p>\n
