Compact multi-stage filter for cooling lubricants for mounting directly on processing machines. For filtration of oil mist, emulsion mist, minimum quantity lubrication and oil smoke.

The 4-stage separation principle in OUPC ensures the optimal filtration solution regardless of the type of coolant,
as each filter stage represents the optimum filtering principle for each of the primary types of mist: oil mist, emulsion mist, minimum quantity lubrication and oil smoke.

The large surface area of the washable pre-filter and the self-draining filter cartridge ensures long service life
and low pressure drop, which minimizes energy and filter replacement costs. The high degree of separation
of the 3rd filter stage ensures the very long lifetime of the HEPA filter.

Compact and space saving solution
The horizontal design of OUPC 500 – 1010 provides a particularly compact and space-saving filter solution
for installation directly at the machining center, where due to e.g. crane application above the machine cannot be built in height. With integrated fan, pipe routing on the clean air side (where recirculation is allowed) is also saved.
