Our suction elements
Our flexible extraction arms are ideally suited for the selective and precise collection of dust, steam, smoke and chips. A wide range of accessories facilitates the use of spot dust extraction.
From wall-mounted manifolds, flap valves, gate valves to a wide variety of collection elements (extraction nozzles, funnels, hoods, extraction burners, extraction shields) in all sizes and shapes, VALCO offers the appropriate equipment to achieve effective extraction at the point of origin.
For the most modern dust extraction technology (dust, steam, smoke and metal chips) we supply extraction arms from 125 mm to 200 mm diameter in lengths from 7 to 11 meters in very high quality. The robust positioning system of the suction arms combines with excellent freedom of movement. In addition, flexibility is supported by the parallelogram articulated arm and the elastic hose including hose guide. At VALCO you can obtain heavy-duty extraction arms for dust, steam, smoke and metal chips for efficient reduction of pollutant emissions during grinding, welding and cutting.
Long nozzle SUH
for manual workstation extraction
Our special fume extraction nozzle for the work table, the SUH long nozzle with flared edge connection extracts fumes, dust, chips and other particles directly above the workplace. The suction element can be attached to our suction arms with a quick-release fastener. The long nozzle is available from us with a diameter of 100 up to 250 mm and a length of 500 up to 1500 mm. The long nozzle is attached to the suction arm with a quick-release fastener.

The LGF extracts dusts, vapors, fumes, odors, gases and mists directly at the point of origin and reliably eliminates unwanted emissions. The LGF extraction arm has a parallelogram articulated arm for flexible and direct dust extraction with external joints and gas pressure dampers. The extraction funnel is further equipped with a butterfly valve and a wall bracket. The LGF type is used for dust extraction in the metal, mechanical engineering and automotive industries, as well as in chemical and pharmaceutical processes. The integrated swivel joint makes a 360° rotation possible. Suction is via a flexible hose with hose guide. The extraction funnel is also equipped with a butterfly valve and a wall bracket.

Telescopic arm TGI
With pull out function
Point extraction is flexibly extended with a telescopic function on the TGI extraction arm.
The TGI extraction arm with telescopic function and parallelogram articulated arm for flexible point extraction works via internal joints and gas pressure dampers. Suction is via a flexible hose with hose guide. For variable reach, the suction arm can be extended by 700 mm in the front area. The extraction funnel is further equipped with a butterfly valve and a wall bracket. The extraction arm type TGI is used in the automotive, metal and mechanical engineering industries, as well as in chemical and pharmaceutical production facilities.
Suction arm RFF
With stepless articulated arm
You can achieve uncompromising dust extraction with the RFF extraction arm with shut-off valve, which extracts and removes dust, steam, smoke and metal chips directly as they arise.
The extraction arm RFF with articulated arm is infinitely adjustable and thus offers flexible and direct dust extraction at the work area. The feather-light extraction arm measures 2-9 meters in length and is equipped with an extraction hose from 80 to 200 mm in diameter. In the straight sections, the extraction arm gets its stability from powder-coated steel tubing. The RFF extraction arm is used in the automotive, metalworking and engineering industries.
