Planning
At modern CAD workstations, the piping and filter systems are optimally matched to each other so that assembly can be carried out cleanly and efficiently.
As CAD system we use AutoCAD for all 2D applications, and for 3D designs we have SolidWorks or Bentley MicroStation.
For a solidly designed dust collection system, the planning of the extraction and filtration systems in the calculated dimensions takes place after the determination of the requirements. The preparation of bills of quantities and piping diagrams as well as careful explosion protection concepts are another component of our engineering services.
Mounting
Interruptions in the operating process cost money, time and nerves. Therefore, our technicians assemble as many plant components as possible (acquisition elements or piping systems) already ready for operation. This enables us to deliver the plants to you on schedule and “turnkey” from a single source.
Our long experienced fitters work as unnoticed as possible and in direct dialog with your production. The smooth and speedy installation process is very important to us, which is why the responsible installation foreman is present at all site meetings.
Maintenance & Service
With our service and maintenance services, we are of course also at your side after commissioning and acceptance of your extraction and filter system. If necessary, we promptly take care of the repair of plant modules or the replacement of wear parts. Our tasks also include the maintenance and repair of all third-party brands.
VALCO service also includes the legally required inspection of extraction equipment at least once a year, which must be carried out by an expert in accordance with DGUV 109-002.
