SAX 8 Mobile [EX-Geschützt]
The mobile extraction unit type SAX 8 consists of one unit and is ready for use in a few minutes after transport. The filter system is designed with a pressure-relieving construction, according to VDI 3673. Thus, all dusts from metal processing are filtered. The unit for mobile extraction can be moved at the place of use with a forklift truck or rollers. The filtration is carried out either by a bag filter or a cartridge filter. The unit can be built explosion-proof on request. In case of an explosion, the pressure wave is released to the outside via a rupture disc without damaging the filter per se.
Best suited for air volumes up to 15,000 m³/h.

JETCLEAN VDF2
The JETCLEAN VDF2 is a lightweight, mobile cartridge filter on rollers, optimal when mobile extraction is needed for small changing workplaces. The filter is supplied complete with fan, cleaning system and extraction arm as one unit. Due to its lightweight small design, the JETCLEAN can be moved without a forklift or crane, making it perfect for indoor installation. The filter is optimal for dry and free-flowing dusts, such as welding fumes or other coarse and fine dusts. The filter cartridges used correspond to filter category M and thus separate 99.9% of dust particles above 0.2 mg/m³. The filter unit is available in several versions, one with a 1.1 kW motor and the second version with a more powerful 2.2 kW motor, which also allows the use of 2 extraction arms at the same time. Furthermore, there is also a version of the VDF2 1.1 with W3 certification.

Container filter system for jet extraction
Do you need the most effective mobile extraction for blasting applications on the construction site?
We recommend the container filter system with sound-insulated exhaust air module and diffused discharge. For mobile extraction, the filter unit is equipped with an integrated motor protection, hour counter and CE plug-in socket. Maintenance of the filter unit can be conveniently carried out via the spacious maintenance doors. Container filter units are also available with constructive explosion protection.

Mobile fan with frame
Our centrifugal fan with backward curved blades is excellent for assembly tasks. Wherever welding and brazing tasks at changing workplaces require a fan. The technical design complies with DIN 24166. The design is made of stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized sheet, depending on the choice. The mobile frame fan can be set up with either a horizontal or vertical suction nozzle.
Our mobile fan produces a constant, flat characteristic curve, i.e. the negative pressure from the fan remains almost constant even when conveying smaller volume flows. This unit is also available with sound insulation.
Changing workplaces are no longer a problem thanks to the mobile extraction system.

Particularly low maintenance & long service life
One of the quality features of our filter systems is the special consideration of the maintenance effort. All our filter units for mobile extraction have a pre-separator integrated into the side of the filter housing. Coarse particles are dynamically separated via an S-baffle and thus pass directly into the discharge. This provides better protection for the filter elements, allowing for a longer service life. Automatic filter cleaning of the filter elements is differential pressure controlled using compressed air by our efficient, maintenance-free R-Jet cleaning system. Also in the planning phase, we pay special attention to a long service life in addition to the effectiveness of the extraction system.
Saving energy with our mobile filter systems.
Due to the high separation efficiencies, all our mobile filters are basically also suitable for recirculating air operation.
In addition, we usually supply our equipment with frequency converter. This allows fully automatic or manual adaptation of the suction power to the changing production conditions.
Additional after-filters to achieve higher collection efficiencies (e.g. with HEPA HEPA filters of filter class H14 and higher) can be included in the design and supplied.
In addition, we also plan and supply heat recovery systems if required. We will be happy to illustrate the high energy-saving potential by calculating ventilation heat losses.

After installation, acceptance and commissioning of VALCO extraction and filtration systems, we are also happy to offer you further service and maintenance services.
Our experienced service staff will be happy to carry out the legally required annual inspection of the filter system and extraction equipment, even for third-party brands.
