Our rental systems allow you to test application possibilities and reduce the investment risk. VALCO offers you mobile extraction systems of any size for rent – both as ATEX versions and for non-explosive dusts. All our plants are powerful, robustly built and designed according to the latest technology. With our rental equipment you can filter and extract dry and free-flowing dusts of all kinds. The filter cartridges used correspond to filter category M and thus separate 99.9% of dust particles above 0.2 mg/m³.
If required, we are happy to offer you additional capture elements, extraction hoses or other extraction accessories. Adaptations to your individual needs, such as sound insulation or explosion protection can be realized on our rental systems, please contact us!
Even if you only need extraction and filtration systems for a limited period of time, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about their design and suitability for use.

XXL-12 EX Mobile
The XXL 12 EX Mobile is a mobile explosion-proof cartridge filter. The filter is supplied complete with fan, control cabinet and cleaning system as one unit. Manufactured from 3mm steel plate, the XXL-12 is very robust, easy to move by forklift and perfect for outdoor installation. The filter is primed and painted in the color RAL-5010. Due to the powerful 7.5kW fan, the filter is optimally suited for all applications with dry and free-flowing dusts. The filter cartridges used correspond to filter category M and thus separate 99.9% of dust particles above 0.2 mg/m³.

RX-7500-M container plant
Our RX-7500-M container unit is a mobile cartridge filter in a soundproof housing. The filter is supplied complete with fan, control cabinet and cleaning system as one unit in the container. Manufactured from 3mm steel plate and mounted in a container, the RX-7500-M is very robust, easy to move by forklift and perfect for outdoor installation. The container is primed and painted in the color RAL-5010. The powerful 30kW fan generates a high vacuum of 17300 Pa, making the filter optimal for all applications where long pipelines with small diameters are required. The filter cartridges used correspond to filter category M and thus separate 99.9% of dust particles above 0.2 mg/m³.

JETCLEAN VDF2
The JETCLEAN VDF2 is a lightweight, mobile cartridge filter on rollers, optimal for small changing workplaces. The filter is supplied complete with fan, cleaning system and extraction arm as one unit. Due to its lightweight small design, the JETCLEAN can be moved without a forklift or crane, making it perfect for indoor installation. The filter is optimal for dry and free-flowing dusts, such as welding fumes or other coarse and fine dusts. The filter cartridges used correspond to filter category M and thus separate 99.9% of dust particles above 0.2 mg/m³.
