One of the basic acquisition elements of dust extraction is the VALCO extraction table, which we offer in several variants and optimally adapt to your needs.
Our extraction tables are designed for large-area dust collection at individual workstations. VALCO not only supplies extraction tables as passive extraction devices for connection to a central filter system. We also help you effectively with dust removal as an active stand-alone solution with integrated filter technology and fan.
Whether you need a grinding table for wood and metal processing or a welding table with extraction – we offer custom-made products for dust removal at the workplace.
VALCO supplies several variants of extraction tables, such as extraction tables for grinding and welding work or work tables with extraction for dust, smoke, chips, etc.
For under-table extraction, VALCO has extraction tables in sturdy steel construction and in various designs ready for you. As a supplement, rear whirlwind hoods have proven their worth. Additional extraction panels also provide an optimally captured workplace in accordance with occupational health and safety guidelines.
Our plasma cutting tables are available in stationary or mobile versions with or without water bath. We will be happy to advise you on this in detail.
Suction table BZ
Suitable for heavy dusts
In the case of the extraction table type BZ, the extraction takes place via the table tops and via the rear wall. The type BZ is used in the automotive and metal industry as well as in companies with glass fiber processing. By extracting and filtering the gas and dust generated during the work process, persons in the work area are protected from damage to their health. This also protects the working equipment from malfunctions. For this reason, extraction tables are essential for occupational safety.
The perforated and lacquered steel table top is loosely laid and not firmly mounted. The extraction unit is designed for work with “heavier types of air” (solvents, e.g. glue work) and was manufactured with a hidden distribution fitting.

Extraction table DL
Ideal for grinding and welding
Welding work produces extremely fine dust particles that must be effectively extracted to prevent them from entering the welder’s lungs and causing damage to his health. With the extraction table from DL we offer you an effective welding fume extraction. It can be used in many production areas. It is suitable for dust extraction during grinding work as well as for welding work at the workplace.
Our DL has a particularly stable construction. It is available in both steel and stainless steel or aluminum versions.
When it comes to the size of the work surface, you have a choice: from a 1,000 x 750 mm extraction table to a 6,000 x 2,000 mm table surface, we supply all standard intermediate dimensions. The support of the extraction table is designed as a fully welded heavy-duty grate. VALCO guarantees a particularly good extraction result due to a special air distribution system in the extraction table.

Electrically height adjustable
Do you need a height-adjustable system for the ergonomic working position of your employees when extracting harmful particles? We help further. Our extraction table VAH has an electric height adjustment.
The height adjustment of the extraction table enables an optimal and ergonomic posture at the workplace for varying components. The VHA is used in the metal and mechanical engineering industries as well as for fettling stations in foundries. Persons in the work area are protected from health hazards and the work equipment is protected from malfunctions. Therefore, extraction tables contribute greatly to occupational safety.
The work surface is selectable between a size of 1,000 x 750 mm up to 6,000 x 2,000 mm. The table support is designed as a fully welded heavy-duty grid. The height-adjustable extraction table has a stable construction and works with an under-suction and optionally with a back-suction or whirlwind hood.

Suction table UF
With interchangeable support
The UF extraction table is ideally suited for dust extraction of the smoke and dust generated during metal processing. In addition to protecting employees, the machines are also protected from malfunctions.
The UF extraction table up to 6 meters wide has an interchangeable support for different work on the extraction table.
The size of the work surface is freely selectable. Dimensions between 1,000 x 1,000 mm and 6,000 x 1,500 mm are available. VALCO’s extraction table consists of a sturdy steel plate construction. The table top is supplied as standard with steel ribs or with a wooden overlay. The individual steel ribs are removable and can be replaced. The extraction table, equipped with an under-suction system, has a special air distribution system, whereby a permanently good extraction result is achieved.

Suction table V-JET
with integrated filter system
Our V-JET extraction table stands for effective extraction in the working area when processing a wide range of materials by means of a filter system with automatic compressed air cleaning as well as a matching fan integrated into our extraction table.
The V-JET extraction table from VALCO can be used for all grinding, welding and polishing processes as well as dust-intensive work such as the transfer of powders.
The filter cartridges are installed horizontally below the support surface and can be conveniently replaced via a maintenance door equipped with gas pressure dampers.
A baffle plate running at an angle to the rear wall is located below the support surface. On the one hand, it acts as a spark arrestor for the filter media and, on the other hand, it causes the extracted airflow to flow away from the user in order to rid the user of contaminants during processing.
The power is between 2.2 – 4 kW with 3 x 400 volts at 2800 rpm, the filter area up to 56 m²!
The filter is cleaned automatically by a blast of compressed air. Below the filter cartridges is the dust drawer, which can be easily emptied when the unit is switched off.
The V-JET extraction table is available in different widths of the working area, 1500mm, 2000mm and 2500mm.
The depth of the extraction table is 1118mm. Optionally, there is the possibility to install fixed side walls, a silencer or also an exhaust wall with lighting.
