Hose removal from the clean air side
The bag filter FPLAV is a robust filter for a clean gas side removal of the filter media. Execution takes place in fully welded 3 mm steel plate. Particularly suitable for dusts that are difficult to clean off and where cartridge filters cause difficulties. The filter is cleaned automatically with the proven bubble pulse jet cleaning system.
The filter inlet is based on the downstream principle, via a separate pre-separator integrated into the side, which is equipped with S-baffles over the entire surface to protect the filter bags. The bag filter FPLAV is complete with differential pressure cleaning, a compressed air maintenance unit and 50 L dust collection container with quick release.
Different materials are available for filtering for special applications. In addition, all units are suitable for recirculation operation. All bag filters can be supplied e.g. with a screw conveyor or filter sluice for big bag discharge.

All VALCO cartridge filters comply with the international standard DIN EN ISO 15012-1, thus ensuring occupational health and safety during welding, grinding and related processes. They are permitted without testing or individual approval and are marked with welding fume class W3 in accordance with the standard.
