Project Dedusting plant for BMW Shenyang (China)
Planning, delivery and assembly of an extraction and filter system for laser welding cabins

One of our numerous projects for BMW AG. In this case for BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd, at the Shenyang (China) site.
Technical data of the plant:
- Plant for approx. 80,000 m³/h
- Total rated power: 104 kW
- Filter system with 2784 m² filter surface, filter class M, W3-tested
- with water extinguishing system
After careful planning, VALCO supplied the entire extraction and filter system for laser welding cabins to BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd, which has been based there since 2003.
We accompanied the project on site until commissioning. In this case, this meant: supervision and management of the assembly work as well as electrical installations and handover of the turnkey system.
Since the plants proved themselves so excellently, 4 years later we were allowed to deliver three large dust removal plants for another new building!
