Hose removal from the raw gas side
The bag filters type FPLAX are robust filters in angular, fully welded, 3 mm sheet steel design. Particularly suitable for dusts that are difficult to clean off and where cartridge filters lead to difficulties, such as moist, oily fumes, very light dusts, etc., equipped with filter bags with support basket. Filter cleaning is automatic with the proven bubble pulse jet cleaning system.
The filter inlet is based on the downstream principle, via a separate pre-separator integrated into the side, which is equipped with S-baffles over the entire surface to protect the filter bags. Complete with filter control, compressed air maintenance unit and 50 L dust collection container with quick release. The filter is removed from the raw gas side, i.e. from the dust side via the large side maintenance door.
Various filter materials are available for special applications. Also suitable for recirculating air operation. All filters can be supplied e.g. with a screw conveyor or filter sluice for big bag discharge and in explosion-proof ATEX design within for zone 20.
All bag filters can be equipped with up to 5 m with long hoses diameter DN-120 mm, depending on the type. The following data is based on a hose length of 2.5 m.
