Cartridge filter with downstream principle
The SAX cartridge filter is a robust filter in compact, fully welded and 3mm thick sheet steel design with horizontally positioned filter cartridges. The filter inlet is based on the downstream principle via a separate, laterally integrated pre-separator.
SAX cartridge filters are used for dedusting welding fumes and dry dusts for air volumes from 3,000 up to 140,000 m³/h and more.
The maintenance-free R-Jet cleaning system enables effective cleaning of two filter cartridges per valve. Paper filter cartridges are used as standard.
Customization of SAX cartridge filters
The design of SAX cartridge filter systems can be completely customized to meet the needs and requirements of your dust collection system. For example, the clean gas and raw gas sides can be changed. The suction and pressure connections can also be adjusted.
