Grinding dust is a health risk! The finer the abrasive, the smaller the dust. The fine dust released is quickly distributed in the room, pollutes the respiratory tract and settles on machines. In addition, sanding dust can cause skin and eye irritation.
During the processing of metals, such as welding and cutting, fumes are produced that are classified as hazardous substances. These include substances that are classified as carcinogenic. For example, fumes containing chromium-nickel, which are produced when welding stainless steel.
Depending on the requirements, a hall extraction system can serve as the primary air pollution control measure in the factory or as a supporting measure to point extraction.
In any case, layer ventilation has proven to be a superior method of hall air purification compared to other methods. This corresponds to the current state of the art.
